The CACEE Excellence in Innovation Award

The Universum online matchmaking tool Springboardr.com received the "Excellence in Innovation Award - Technology" at the annual conference for The Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers (CACEE).

The CACEE Excellence in Innovation Award identifies:

Leadership Development
Recognizes programs to develop leadership experience and/or skills in post-secondary students or recent graduates.

Student Engagement
Recognizes the best information, program, or resource directed to students.

Diversity
Recognizes exceptional diversity initiatives or programs that are targeted to engage diverse populations; best practice for outreach programs; develop a diverse candidate pool; or enhance retention level of diverse population.

Technology
Recognizes web 2.0 or social networking, or other technology programs designed to engage various audiences in the use of technology in the career services or recruitment of college graduates.

The WDLS-EU 2011 Innovative Research Prize

Universum received the prize for Innovative Research at the World Diversity Leadership Summit Europe 2011, which took place on March 24th at the Vienna Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

For the first time WDLS-EU 2011 staged the European Diversity Leadership Honours, a European Prize which awarded 8 companies in 4 categories: Creative Leadership, Multicultural Working Environment, Innovative Research Findings and Work-Life-Flexibility.

Universum received the award for Innovative Research Findings for its unparalleled research of top talents’ career expectations and insights on how to approach diversity and inclusion.
