Subsequently, the website kariera.com.pl was developed to support the print publication and to create a social network among its readers. Today the Kariera brand encompasses both a quarterly magazine and a website, and has grown into a popular meeting place for students, employers and universities. Nearly one million job seekers visit and interact at kariera.com.pl every year for career advice, inspiration, and inside information about employers and different career options in Poland. The Kariera magazine is distributed at career fairs and 100 top universities in Poland.

Through Kariera, students will meet their ideal employers, learn how to write an effective CV and cover letter, prepare for the recruitment process, and get advice on how to negotiate their salaries. Kariera also reports on job market trends and features inspiring interviews with celebrities and career experts.
