The results of the South African Professional Survey reveal how working professionals perceive organizations as employers in South Africa. The research functions as a basis for decision-making when recruiting professionals, determining messages and channels for future employer branding campaigns, and as a control instrument for measuring the appeal a organization has over professionals in South Africa.

The rankings below reveal how attractive an employer is amongst South African professionals, and indicates a company’s position in relation to other ideal employers in the South African recruitment market. The rankings enable employers to track and set targets for measuring their level of employer attractiveness.
