During the last months at Universum, we've held numerous awards and seminars on employer branding and released 20 IDEAL EMPLOYER rankings - find out what companies have the strongest appeal and work on improving your company's future position.

The index is based on the answers of over 22,000 business and engineering students, from top academic institutions in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

Universum Norway released today the results of its student survey. In the business ranking the top 3 ideal employers are: Statoil, DNB, and Ernst & Young. In the Engineering ranking Statoil, Aker Solutions, Norconsult take the first three positions.
