What do you want from a future employer? What is important for you?
Universum was founded over 20 years ago by students for students, with the purpose to narrow the gap between employers and graduates. Today our mission remains the same. We conduct surveys in 30 countries enabling students to get their say when it comes to their future working life. We also produce career magazines, career guides and online media that help students with their future career choices.
The Universum Student Survey is the largest survey covering the career expectations of students in the world. Approximately 180,000 students worldwide participate in our survey and give their opinion when it comes to their future professional life.
The Universum Professional Survey targets individuals in the workplace and explores their career ambitions. Approximately 70,000 professionals worldwide participate in this study.
This study attempts to find out more about you, as a professional in the workplace. If you have an academic background and more than one year of work experience, this study is meant for you. Be reassured, your anonymity is guaranteed.
